Weekend Information

We do not have an Episcopal weekend scheduled for 2012.  Though we have been hearing of some interest "through the grapevine".  Unfortunately the June 2011 weekend was cancelled due to lack of leadership.  So emphasis has moved to the core values of Cursillo, which is to live by a "Rule of Life" and to encourage and build small support groups for those that may or may not have attended the 3 day Cursillo retreat (on the weekend these were refered to as renewal groups).   Once learship is called we will be in a position to move forward with another Cursillo weekend.  Are you interested in attending a future 3 day Cursillo weekend retreat?  Contact us and we will keep you posted of our future plans.

Nebraska Via De Cristo co-ed weekend   April 12 -15th, 2012 Camp Moses Merrill Linwood, NE   The weekend is in need of prayer warriors, pilgrims to attend the weekend, team members, palanca members and closing attendees!    Pray today...where YOU might fit into this weekend, mark it on your calendar and begin the preparations.  Do you know someone who would benefit from a Christ filled, servant filled, community filled weekend?  Pray for them today; then ask, ask, ask!   Do you have a burning desire to share your relationship with Christ, with your community?  Pray for guidance, then call and say "Here I am Lord...send me".  Do you have a burning desire to assist with the weekend... pray for guidance, then call TODAY and say "Here I am Lord...send me".     Via De Cristo can use all members of the 4th day.. for the weekend, for a day, for a night-time prayer vigil at home, as a driver of pilgrims... there are many ways to participate.  Volunteer TODAY, committ TODAY, say "Here I am Lord...send me".     Pay it forward campaign is in full swing, tithe a few dollars each week toward paying for someone to attend the weekend...set the money aside today... even just the miscellaneous change at the end of the day adds up as the days add up.  Pay it forward is a gift that keeps on giving.   God's Peace and Blessings to you today!
